| Enjoy ocean breezes, sunshine and the thrill of riding the wind. Gather your family and call your friends for the most exciting way to spend your afternoon: on the water... SAILING! We sail 14' Capris with 3 passengers maximum. Active participation is encouraged, but not required. Rides are subject to instructor availability; phone Westwind Sailing for an appointment:

| STAND UP PADDLE - FITNESS TRAINING |
Add the balance of standing on a paddle board with basic paddling strokes and you have a combination that provides an excellent and FUN core fitness and aerobic workout. All level of paddlers are welcome. Participants should have completed a Stand Up Paddle instructional course before attending training or have previous SUP experience. All workouts begin with stretching and warm up exercises. The aquatic environment and fresh air keeps you motivated and makes SUP Fitness FUN! Wear water sports attire that you can move in and that you are comfortable wearing in the lake during this time of the year. Bring sports drink or water, towel and a change of clothes.
FEE: $15 + $5 materials per session
Drop in registration at class is accepted however pre-registration will insure your place in class.

| PRIVATE /SEMI-PRIVATE SMALL BOAT SAILING |
Private and semi private lessons are available for individuals who just need to refresh their sailing skills or whose personal schedule does not permit joining a regular scheduled course. Five hours of private lessons or six hours of semi private lessons equal a condensed version of Sailing I while 10 hours of private / 12 hours semi private complete the Sailing II level. Lessons are scheduled by appointment only and are subject to instructor availability.
